Brian Screptock has advanced to be the Vice President of Client Engagement, Kelsey Waite is the new Director of Client Engagement, and Josanni Martinez has been promoted to be the Manager of Client Engagement.

They consult with clients on their research needs and design programs to provide the data-driven insights today’s travel and tourism organizations require to achieve their objectives.
Brian Screptock, a travel industry veteran who joined Longwoods International three years ago, is an experienced leader in both customer service and market research. With a strong track record in project management and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, Brian has helped set the foundation and grow the Client Engagement team for the organization. His collaborative approach and expertise in project management, as well as his mentorship skills make him ideal for this newly created role of Vice President of Client Engagement.
Kelsey Waite, another Travel market research and analytics industry veteran, is a dedicated professional specializing in client management and strategic analysis to drive industry insights and business growth. With a strong background in understanding market trends and consumer behavior, Kelsey excels at delivering actionable recommendations that enhance Longwoods International client success. As the new Director of Client Engagement, Kelsey’s passion for fostering relationships will contribute tremendously to innovative solutions for Longwoods International clients.
