Longwoods International has an opening for a Project Coordinator to join our team. This position will be responsible for maintaining project schedules and ensuring deadlines are met. The candidate will also be responsible for the quality review of research projects related but not limited to questionnaires, analysis and reports across Longwoods products. The candidate will train and work alongside a team of experienced researchers that have set the gold standard.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain project schedules and ensure deadlines are met
- Engage and support Client Services in the execution, delivery, and management of projects
- Author and edit survey questionnaires
- Quality control measures for all aspects of research projects and client deliverables
- Quantitative analyses and data processing
- Attend staff and project meetings in person or via conference call
- Occasional travel may be required
Experience:
- Three years of market research and analysis experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Master’s degree (preferred)
Ideal Candidate will have the following skills:
- Quick learner with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Be comfortable working with numbers
- Competent in Microsoft Office, comfortable working in Microsoft Excel
- Data and statistical knowledge
- Experience managing projects and maintaining project schedules
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization programs, such as Displayr
- Familiarity with project management tools/protocols, such as Wrike
